Worth mentioning there is a monster pothole on the road under the Water Lane bridge (near the Bushey end of the tunnel).

WARNING TO ALL MOTORISTS : This pothole ruined 2 of my tyres last Weds night driving at 20-25mph from Watford to Bushey. £300 to get them replaced. It had already been reported to Herts County Council, you can report issues like this on their website. I have since had 3 e mail reports back from them to say A) It has been repaired UNTRUE B) It has been inspected and does not need repairing UNTRUE C) It has been made safe UNTRUE.

Whoever decided to re open this road twice after flooding and did nothing about this pothole is responsible for the damage to my car and god knows how many others. I am making a claim and hope that others do the same.

In the mean time either REPAIR this pothole or SHUT the road again.
