Police have charged three men in connection with two burglaries in Watford.
The first took place in The Phillipers in the early hours of Tuesday, February 4. Burglars broke into the house and stole two hand bags.
The second took place in North Western Avenue between 3am and 6am on Saturday, February 8.
This time the thieves got into the house through a cat flap and stole electrical items, a handbag and a car.
The three men, all from Watford, were arrested on Wednesday morning in connection with the burglaries.
- Paul Crowther, aged 33, of no fixed abode was charged with two burglaries.
- Scott Crawford, aged 34, of Cezanne Road was charged with handling stolen goods.
- Luke Green, aged 35, of no fixed abode was charged with burglary.
They are due to appear at Hatfield Remand Court today (Thursday).
