A government minister met with nearly 100 Hertfordshire-based employers during National Apprenticeship Week at an event held at Warner Bros Studios in Leavesden last week.
Skills and Enterprise Minister Matthew Hancock met with the employers to help showcase the great opportunities apprenticeships create for businesses and the positive impact they have on the economy.
The event was organised by the Hertfordshire Apprenticeship Ambassadors Network, Hertfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership and the National Apprenticeship Service on Thursday, March 6.
Dan Dark is the senior vice president and managing director of Warner Bros Studios Leavesden and board member of the Hertfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership.
He said: "Apprenticeships are an excellent way of training young people and providing them with the skills they need for a successful career."
