A special memorial service and "Time to Remember" will be held at St Luke’s Church, Langley Way, Watford, at 3pm on Sunday, April 6.
Organised by Peace Hospice Care, the service will give families and friends an opportunity to gather and remember loved ones in a short service of readings, hymns and prayers.
Last year more than 100 people were remembered by name and the uservice offered comfort and a chance to share memories. Tea and cake will be offered after the service.
Peace Hospice Care spiritual care coordinator, Lyn Bassett, said: "It is important to take time to remember, and to remember together.
We provide this annual service thanks to the support of our trustees, staff, Spiritual Care volunteers and the generous hospitality of St Luke’s church."
People should confirm their attendance to Lynn Bassett by calling 01923 330334 or emailing lbassett@peacehospicecare.org.uk stating how many people in your party and the names of those you would like to be remembered.
