Hundreds of runners took part in the Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Mile at Rickmansworth Aquadrome.
More than 200 people turned up for the event, which included courses of one, three and six miles.
Three Rivers District Council chairman, Les Mead, was on hand to start the races and hand out the medals to competitors.
Winners included Jay Patel, who finished first in the six-mile run and 12-year-old Sophie Peters, from Northwood, crossed the line first in the three mile dash.
Ryan Watson, mile organiser, said: "Thank you to all the wonderful runners who braved the cold and rain on Sunday to run one, three and six miles in aid of Sport Relief. Your support is invaluable.
"A big thank you also to the Three Rivers Volunteer Police Cadets for marshalling the route."
Donations and sponsorship money brought in from the event is still being counted.
