Three people have been taken to hospital following a six-car crash on the A41.
Ambulances were called at 8.09am after a collision on the west-bound carriageway between Hemel Hempstead and Watford.
Ambulance officer Tabatha Saunders, who attended the scene said: "All three patients received slight injuries and they were all taken to Watford General Hospital for further care."
Three ambulances and a rapid-response car attended the scene.
