The UK Independence Party’s candidate, Phil Cox, makes his pitch to Watford voters to persuade them to make him mayor on Thursday.
This year UKIP is contesting the Watford mayoral elections for the first time since the office was created in 2002.
Mr Cox chose Watford Town Hall as the location for his interview to emphasis his proposals to make the council a more transparent and cost efficient operation.
