An Abbots Langley charity was served up a treat at a South American themed gourmet dinner on Tuesday.
Students from West Herts College prepared a variety of South American themed dishes to raise money for DEMAND, which designs and builds equipment for people with disabilities.
Tickets for the event cost £30 and diners were treated to a four course meal and complimentary wines, prepared by the students. Pupils were overseen by their tutors.
Andrew Wakeford, chef lecturer, said: "Students need to experience realistic working environments and learn from the many different experiences and situations they find themselves in.
"Aspiring young chefs learn from working on events like the DEMAND Gourmet Dinners to pull together as a team and to deliver service to a very high standard."
