A teenager has been charged with possession of cocaine after police were called to a brawl in South Oxhey on Sunday.
Hertfordshire constabulary received reports of a fight at The Ox pub at 6.52pm.
Police report that, upon arrival, about 20 people were outside pub, before moving along the parade of shops.
Ben Wright, 18, of Highlands, was charged with possession of cannabis, possession of cocaine, and a public order offence.
He is due to attend Central West Herts Magistrates’ Court on June 10.
A 20-year-old man from Watford was also arrested on suspicion of a section five public order offence in Prestwick Road, just before 7.10pm.
He was later released without charge.
