New health and wellbeing clubs for older people and carers have been launched by Watford & Three Rivers Trust.

The Five Ways Friends clubs offer those who are 55 and over or carers, an opportunity to enjoy time to socialise and take part in a variety of activities, such as art and crafts; gentle exercise; talks on a wide range of topics and day trips.

The aim is to increase older peoples’ physical and mental wellbeing.

Eight meetings run Monday to Friday between 11am to 3pm at venues throughout Watford, South Oxhey, Abbots Langley and Croxley Green.
