Staff from technology company Rokform of Watford Business Park played a round at Pinner Hill Golf Club to raise money for their chosen charity, Watford Workshop.

The event was attended by local business people with 20 teams of four taking part and raising more than £3,600 for the workshop, which aims to provide meaningful employment for people with disabilities.

Rokform’s Gary Clark said: "Our parent company Activ8 has been associated with Watford Workshop for many years and we are delighted that our annual Golf Event has generated this level of donations. The Watford Workshop team was involved on the day and their motivation and enthusiasm greatly contributed to the fundraising."

Watford Workshop general manager Linda McIntyre said: "We had a super day and are most grateful  for this opportunity to meet local business people and raise much needed funds. The money raised will be used to help to continue the work we do with disabled people."
