A horticultural society in Bovingdon with more than 250 members will be holding its autumn show this weekend.

Bovingdon Horticultural Society is hosting its autumn show, which is set to feature floral art, Dahlias and Fuchsias at Memorial Hall, High Street on Saturday afternoon.

Doors will open to the public at 2.30pm.

The annual show will also exhibit vegetables, cooking and wine exhibitions and children from The Bushey Academy will also be displaying an exhibition which they made over the summer holidays.

Prizes for the village hanging basket competition will also be presented, with Parish Electrical set to claim the top prize.

The exhibits will be staged between 8.30 and 10.30am and judging will then take place between 11 and 1pm.
