It was just after lunch on Tuesday when a crowd of people gathered in a copse to watch a short fat man shoot down some pigeons from a roof.
There were no cries of "shame, shame". Instead, television cameramen from the BBC made a "take" and that was another scene in the bag.
Similar activity went on for three days in Harewood Grove, Harefield.
Ronnie Corbett and Ronnie Barker were the two stars of this BBC film session for an episode of The Two Ronnies.
