Dillon Ranjit Snipe, 35, of Elton Way, Watford. On July 15, 2016, stole cosmetics belonging to Debenhams. On August 19, 2016, failed to surrender to custody. Fine, costs: £255.

Gareth Roberts, 36, of Caractacus Cottage View, Watford. On December 3, 2015, dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention or removal of stolen goods knowing the same to be stolen goods. Commission of a further offence whilst subject to order of a conditional discharge. Fine, costs: £185.

Christopher Brian Saville, 25, of Bradshaw Road, Watford. On August 22, 2016, damaged a vehicle belonging to Hertfordshire Constabulary. On same date, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. Fine, compensation, costs: £465.

Joleen Brazil, 19, of Sandy Lane, Bushey. On June 20, 2016, stole men’s toiletries belonging to Lister Chemist. Fine, compensation, costs: £245.

Andrei Castravet, 28, of Whippendell Road, Watford. On August 25, 2016, stole various tools belonging to B&Q. Fine, costs: £248.

Nuno Almeida, 35, of Durban Road East, Watford. On May 6, 2016, kept a vehicle which was unlicensed on a public road. Fine, costs: £297.42.

Hedley Bernard Baldwin, 30, of Water Lane, Bushey. Between July 18, 2016, and July 19, 2016, entered a building as a trespasser with intent to steal therein. On July 18, 2016, stole a charity tin belonging to Lucy Children’s Charity. Commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. Costs, compensation: £218.

Arran Patrick Gaffney, 39, of Gosforth Lane, Watford. On August 28, 2016, assaulted a police constable in the execution of his/her duty. Two counts. On same date, damaged a vehicle belonging to Hertfordshire Constabulary. Two counts. Fine, compensation, costs: £850.

Leonard Stickland, 66, of Little Park, Bovingdon. On August 10, 2016, assaulted a person by beating him. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Compensation, costs: £205.
