Watford Swimming Club's Louis Hines stole the show with six medals at the English Federation Of Disability Sport National Junior & Youth Championships at Ponds Forge last weekend.
Hines represented the East Region, joining swimmers from 18 different clubs and competed against national teams from the other areas.
The Watford swimmer won gold in the medley relay event, silver in the 100m individual medley and 100m freestyle along with bronze medals in the 200m freestyle, 50m freestyle and the freestyle relay events.
More than 200 swimmers were in action and there were notable achievements including breaking 18 British, 11 European and eight world records. The East Region also celebrated after winning the overall team trophy.
