Bedmond Sports and Social Club remain in the Herts Senior County League Premier Division title hunt after they claimed a 4-1 win against Wormley Rovers.

The game was goalless at the interval but a strong second half showing from Bedmond, who are fourth in the table, secured the victory.

Aaron Lewis grabbed a brace and there were singles from Alex McCarthy and Lee Taylor. Luke Robinson struck the Wormley consolation.

Sarratt secured a 2-0 win against Mill End Sports thanks to goals from Ian McIntosh and James Espree and, last Thursday, a strike from Jason Richards sealed a 1-0 victory for Mill End against Bush Hull Rangers.

Elsewhere, Chipperfield Corinthians drew 0-0 with Hinton.

In Division One, Bushey Rangers let a half time lead slip as they drew 1-1 with Hertford Heath. Alex Willerton scored for Rangers but a second half goal from Connor Casey meant the points were shared.

Old Parmiterians claimed a 1-0 win against Tansley with James Booth on target while Evergreen were held to a 2-2 draw against Kimpton Rovers.

Karl Davidson netted a fine free kick for Evergreen and Asher Alleyne also found the net. Ashley Wadhams and Damien Burns replied for Kimpton.

Bovingdon exited the Aubrey Cup after losing 3-1 against Letchworth Garden City Eagles. Sam Gittings, Carl Williams and Ricardo Small all netted for Eagles.

Meanwhile, players from the Herts Senior County League booked their place in the final of the FA Inter-League Cup with a 4-2 extra time win over the Dorset Premier League.

Nick Turner, Elliot Harris, Lee Inch and Darren Turner all struck for the Herts League.
