Hemel Hempstead's first XI were beaten by two wickets by Tring Park's first XI on Saturday.
Winning the toss and electing to bat, Hemel lost two early wickets before Adam Winchester (46) and Gareth James (52) moved the score along.
D.Boniface took two for 18 from seven overs.
Hemel finished on 205 for seven from their 40 overs but Tring were too good for them, winning with 206 for eight.
M.Payne (47 not out) and T.Wastling (31 not out) top scored for Tring.
Brad Finch had the best bowling figures for Hemel, taking two for 31.
Hemel's second XI fared a little better, beating Tring's second string by 66 runs.
Batting first, Hemel set a total of 206 for four in their 40 overs with Matt Potton top scoring with 71.
Langdon was Tring's top bowler, taking two wickets for 36.
In response Tring could only muster 140 as they were bowled out, Bater their top scorer with 31.
Anjam Khan took three for 27 for Hemel.
