Watford have provisionally arranged to play a pre-season friendly at Hemel Hempstead Town shortly before the new season starts in August.

The Calor League Premier Division champions revealed their pre-season schedule on their website this morning, announcing it would conclude with a game against the Hornets on Wednesday, August 6 with a 7.45pm kick-off.

The fixture is not confirmed yet but the intention is for Watford to send an Under-18 side with the possibility of some young professionals also being involved.
