Captain Tom Sawyer RA 7 Sphynx Battery 29 Commando 20/01/82 - 14/01/09 Our Precious Son. Loved beyond measure, there is never a day when you are not in our thoughts and hearts. We watched with so much love and pride as you grew up, lived your dream and followed your heart. It is so hard to carry on with the pain we feel, the gaping hole in our lives, but we live by the code you left us. We can be strong because you asked us to be. We can survive because it is what you wanted us to do. We can be brave because we will not let you down. We only hope we can make you as proud of us as we have always been and always will be of you.
