BOWEN Roger Died peacefully on 11th September 2016 aged 69. Dearly loved and sadly missed by all his family and friends. A Service of Thanksgiving will take place on Tuesday 4th October 2016 at St Lukes Church, Langley Way, Watford, WD17 3EG at 3pm, preceded by private committal at West Herts Crematorium at 1.20pm.
