PATTERSON Sarah Sadly passed away 14th September 2017 aged 37 years A much loved wife, mum, daughter, sister and auntie. Sarah will be missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to take place at West Herts Crematorium on Friday 29th September 2017 at 12noon No formal attire needs to be worn but at the family's request please wear something red in memory of Sarah Family flowers only please but donations if desired to Wings Appeal c/o J & S Funeral Service 17 School Mead Abbots Langley WD5 0LA 01923 262939
