Hammond Jean Kathleen Of Salters Gardens, died at The Peace Hospice on Friday, 30th March 2018 aged 89 years. Funeral service to take place at West Herts Crematorium (North Chapel) on Thursday, 19th April at 11:20 AM. Family flowers only please. We have lost a wonderful friend, an old neighbour and one of the most caring people we’ve known. Jean baked us lovely cakes and was always very quick to return favours. We will miss visiting her and the long conversations where she shared so many stories. Rest in peace Jean. Let the angels look after you now.
