SAMUEL, Anita Passed away peacefully on Sunday 13th April 2014 aged 92 years. Reunited with her loving husband Ivor. She will be sadly missed by her son Paul, family and friends. The funeral service will take place at West Herts Crematorium on Friday 2nd May at 11.40am. Flowers are welcome or donations if desired may be made to the Guide Dogs For The Blind c/o MK Ginder & Sons, 51 High Street, Abbots Langley, Herts, WD5 0AA
