Jack Dominian (Dr) Died peacefully at home on 11th August 2014. He was loved by Edith (his late wife), their children, Suzanne, Louise, Elise, Cate, and grandchildren, Nicola, Theo, Luke, Anna and Amy. He will be very much missed by his family and friends. Funeral service at Our Lady Help of Christians, 5 Park Road, Rickmansworth, Herts. WD3 1HU, 28th August 2014 at 11.00am. In lieu of flowers, donations are welcome for the British Heart Foundation or One plus One. Please send cheques payable to the charity concerned to H C Grimstead, 36 High St, Harefield, Middlesex, UB9 6BU
