CARPENTER, Joan Formerly of Brixton Road, passed away peacefully at Watford General Hospital on the 4th December aged 93 years. Loving sister of Ted & sister in law of Betty, Aunt to Sallie & Mike, Mike & Jackie & Great Aunt to Robert, Andrew, Louise & Ben, and dear friend of Colin. The funeral is to be held on Friday 19th December at West Herts Crematorium at 1pm.
