FOSTER, Norman Cecil Aged 96, passed away peacefully at Watford General Hosptial on 7th April 2015. Norman was the beloved husband of the late Lilian Foster, father to Peter and Janet, father in law to Susan and Tony, grandfather to Mark and Helen and dear friend of Steve. The funeral service will take place in the Chapel at North Watford Cemetery on Wednesday 29th April 2015 at 13.00.
