FAIRWEATHER, Frances Sadly passed away on 13th June 2015 at Watford Peace Hospice following a short illness. Beloved mother of Carmel and Michèle. Funeral service to take place Tuesday 7th July, St John the Evangelist R.C. Church, Mill End, Rickmansworth at 11.00am.
