Happy mothers day mum. You were simply the best mum I could have had. I miss you more as time goes by and think about you every day. Life is not the same, but I grin and bear it as you would expect me to. I hope you are at peace wherever you are and there is room for me, when it is my time. I love you dearly. With all my love Liz xxx

It is so hard to believe that you have been gone for over 3 years. Not a day goes by when I don't think about you and miss your friendship and support. I just wanted to say that I thought about you on your birthday this month and Pete and I briefly went to your resting place. I wish you were still by my side and I do try and think about all our wonderful times together, but it is hard to be without you. I mourn you more now than ever and just hope we get to be together again one day. Love you mum. Liz ****

Hi mum, Just wanted to say how much I miss you as Pete and I celebrate our Ruby Wedding anniversary. We decided not to have a party as it would not be the same without you and Gwen, so instead we are going to a cottage with family and friends to celebrate. I miss you terribly, but carry on living the best life I can without you and am doing positive things. Pete and I had a wonderful month in New Zealand together recently - a place you would have loved. Aggie is still the wonderful "big" sister she always has been and thank goodness her and I have each other. Sadly your brother Denis died last month and so hopefully if there is a heaven, he is with you. I just felt I needed to write on here to tell you how much I love and miss you. Liz xxx

Hi mum, I just wanted to say that I still think about you every day and all our happy times together. You would have been 91 last month and I went to your resting place, as I do whenever I am down south. You would laugh to see Pete and I getting rid of the weeds and you would love the wooden heart we have placed on your tree, which we did for your 90th birthday. I try to be brave most of the time, but it is hard to be without you, especially during some very difficult times this year, especially for Johnny, who has been very ill. I know you are watching over us all and it gives me comfort when I have the occasional dream about you. You will always be my greatest love and my best friend. Until we meet again mum may you continue to RIP. Liz xxx

A year has nearly gone by since you left us and not a day goes by when I do not think about you and the wonderful times we had together as mum and daughter and best friends. I am learning to live without you, but it is not easy and so many sad things have happened since you died. Isaac is now 7 and is a beautiful child and you would be so proud of him. We had a tree blessing at your last resting place and placed some Carnations at your grave as we know how much you loved these flowers. Anyway I am off to Australia with Aggie for 3 weeks tomorrow so that we can finally see where she was born and where you lived for a number of years. I will always love and miss you mum - until we meet again. Liz xxxxx

You were the most special and wonderful mum I could have had. You taught me so much about the important things in life and will always be the greatest love of my life (with Pete a close second). I miss you terribly as we spent most days together. We had a very special bond and a fantastic life together and I was so lucky to have had your positive influence for over 50 years. I hope you are now with Jimmy and I will meet you both again one day. With all my love Liz ****
