FRANKLIN, JOHN (HOWARD) Died peacefully on 6th July 2012 following a long illness aged 88 years. Much loved husband of Joan, father of Nigel and Mark and special gramps to Jack, Katy, Lucy and Leo. Former Councillor and Mayor of Hertsmere. John was a lifelong member of Harrow Rugby Club and keen member of Bushey Golf Club. He will be much missed by his friends and family. Funeral service to be held at Garston Crematorium, Watford on Tuesday 17th July at 4pm and afterwards at Bushey Golf and Country Club.
