CUNNINGHAM, Ted Mary Cunningham and family wish to thank most sincerely everyone who attended the funeral, and those who sent cards, flowers and phoned to offer their condolences on the sad death of her Husband Ted. They were a great comfort to us. A special thank you to his GP, Dr Patel, the hospice and hospice nurses, the district nurses and his dedicated carers. Mary would like to thank in particular the team of people who helped her nurse Ted in his final months.
