Law firm Matthew Arnold & Baldwin LLP is warning home buyers of properties valued at more than £1m to beware a forthcoming rise in Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT). The FSB (Federation of Small Businesses) has compiled a ticklist for small firms to use when they are affected by external forces such as severe weather and heavy snowfall.
