A crash on the M1 has caused delays near Watford and Hemel Hempstead.
The incident took place prior to 1.19pm on the motorway's southbound carriageway.
Two of the road's four lanes were closed, between Junction 8 for Hemel Hempstead and Junction 6A for the M25.

Traffic officers from National Highways (formerly Highways England) attended the scene, and recovery was arranged.
Motorists experienced a 45 minute delay in the area.

A spokesperson for National Highways said at the time: "Two lanes (of four) are closed on the M1 southbound in Hertfordshire, between J8 (for Hemel Hempstead) and J6a (for the M25) due to a collision.
"Our Traffic Officers are on scene and recovery has been arranged.
"There's a 45 minute delay on approach."
