Help at Hand for Maple Cross Parents!!

Home-Start Watford & Three Rivers in partnership with Rickmansworth Children's Centre, Maple Cross Tots Group and Maple Cross School are running a Drop In service for parents of children under five on Thursday mornings from 9-11.45am term time only.

Home-Start staff are on hand each week to welcome new parents and offer information and support as required.

Starting after Easter this service will be complemented by a new rota of visiting services who will also be at the Drop In on set mornings. This includes Health Visitors, Job Centre Plus, Library Service, Domestic Violence Advisor and the CAB.

Vivienne Davies Manager at Home-Start says, 'we are delighted to be able to offer this service to families in Maple Cross. The area is very isolated and it is a struggle for parents with small children to have to travel into Rickmansworth or other places to access these services.'
