Click Productions Supports Watford Mencap

On Wednesday 21st July, Click Productions came to Watford Mencap Children’s Centre to launch their production of The Full Monty and to lead a dance session for the children.

Artistic director Audrey Taing and choreographer Lynette Driver were joined by other members of the cast, to lead the group of 11 children at Watford Mencap’s Afterschool Club. The warm up and dance, which lasted almost an hour, involved basketballs and pom poms and all the children had a fantastic time.

After the session finished, Audrey commented: ‘The session was brilliant, really good fun. The kids were all fantastic. They knew what they wanted to do and were all very creative. Everyone got involved.’ Click Productions do these sessions on a regularly basis, as they believe it’s a great way to build confidence and team work.

The performance of The Full Monty will take place at the Compass Theatre in Ickenham, August 10th-14th. Click has chosen Watford Mencap to benefit from their collection and program sales on the Friday and Saturday night.
