The finger painting skills of an eight-year-old Bushey girl will be gracing thousands of greetings cards this Christmas. Profoundly disabled Gurpreet Juttla was a winner in a national Mencap competition and now the cards are being sold through the John Lewis Partnership to raise money for the charity.

Merchant Taylors hold Fun Day for Watford Mencap

Around 40 adults and children with learning disabilities from Watford Mencap enjoyed a fun day organised by Year 12 students at Merchant Taylors School in Northwood earlier this month. The guests were able to enjoy a range of activities including swimming, sailing, art and sports. And there were some unusual activities too, such as trifle making!
