A local PCSO has been presented with farewell flowers to thank her for her work within the community.
Kim Ashworth, 49, of Watford, who has been Bovingdon's PCSO for the past four years, is set to transfer to Berhamsted.
Parish councillors thanked for all her efforts, in particular for helping to reduce the nuisance crime figures in Bovingdon.
Kim said: "I will miss Bovingdon but am looking forward to a new challenge.
"I will leave you all in the capable hands of PC Julie Hennessy and PC Emma Sikora."
Chairman of the council, Tony Trigg, said: "Kim has helped to make a huge improvement and she has done it with an iron fist and velvet glove."
Councillor Trigg thanked Kim for working closely with the parish council and the Bovingdon Youth Activities Association.
