A1(M) Southbound exit slip road partially blocked, slow traffic due to broken down lorry at J4 A414 / A1001 / A6129 (Hertford turn off / Welwyn Garden City). Coming off the A1, in lane two (Of two) going onto the roundabout.
Trains/Tube
Severe delays on Bakerloo Line between Harrow and Wealdstone and Queens Park and minor delays between Queens Park and Elephant and Castle due to signal failure at Harlesden.
Underground station closed on Central Line at Lancaster Gate due to lift replacement works. Until July 16.
