Leading estate agent Hamptons International appoints Senior Regional Director, Catherine Westerling, as national Head of Lettings, effective from March 2018.

Since joining Hamptons International in 2005, Catherine has played a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the Company’s growth strategy for its Lettings and Property Management division.

During her tenure as a regional leader Catherine directed more than 80% of the Company’s Lettings operations outside London, delivering a three-fold increase in financial results and branch network size across the Home Counties and South of England.    

Catherine has also been responsible for the development and expansion of a number of B2B and B2C services for Hamptons International over the past decade, including Corporate & Relocation Services, Tenancy Management, Short Lets and residential Property Management.

Catherine takes up her new post at a time when Hamptons has reached the end of its 5 year strategy, and her appointment as national Head of Lettings coincides with the imminent launch of a new strategy which will see Hamptons International maintain its ambition to generate an equal split of total revenues from its Sales and Lettings businesses.

Hamptons International lets 10,000 residential properties every year, an average of one every 15 minutes, and professionally manages over 5,000 residential properties on behalf of private clients and investors across London and the South East. Almost a fifth of the Company’s 1,100 strong workforce have worked for the business fore more than 5 years, one in ten have more than 10 years’ service and 3% have been part of Hamptons International’s family for 20 years or more.
