The great and the good of local businesses in Watford and Bushey joined Imagine to celebrate the opening of its fabulous new offices in High Street, Bushey, in March.

With more than 100 people attending, the night was a great success and a testament to the progress the company have made since opening their first office exactly three years ago this week. Despite some testing economic conditions, the company have chosen to look at this as the ideal time to expand and an opportunity to increase market share.

“We’ve been successful because we are pro- active, hard working and ethical, not attributes historically associated with estate agents and therefore things that make us stand out form the crowd,” says Imagine owner Mike Cole.

He adds: “Once again we have tried to do something a little bit different with this set up. In Watford we were unique in setting up a town centre agency, adding a weekly property article to our advertising and accompanying all viewings.

“To carry on the principal of fresh and new ideas in Bushey we have created an office environment like no other in the area.”

Clients are encouraged to pop into the branch and see for themselves what is a truly stunning back drop to market property in.

Mike says: “We are convinced homeowners in Bushey will want their homes marketed in a setting like this where they can see a lot of effort has gone in to the design and display to attract the maximum audience.

“We have also invested heavily in technology so that homes can be marketed in Watford and Bushey simultaneously. Again this is a unique proposition in the area – joint agency instruction for a sole agency fee.”
