The development of a major new film studio based in Hertfordshire and close to the M25 has been greenlit.

A new Sunset Studios in Broxbourne – the first of its kind outside of the US - will be at Theobalds Park, just off junction 25 of the M25 near Waltham Cross.

Planning permission for the development was granted at a Broxbourne Borough Council planning and regulatory meeting on Monday (July 18).
