Residents have been warned of “flame effects, bangs and gun fire” as filming is set to take place at the Warner Bros Studios in Leavesden.
From April 17 to 21 and May 2 to 23, production will be taking place on the back lot until 10pm.
The studios said that high-level lighting, atmospheric smoke, wind and rain machines will be in use.
Three Rivers District Council and all relevant authorities have been notified.
The studios have previously told the Watford Observer it is not allowed to disclose which projects are taking place on site.
It was recently announced that production has started on the second season of Sky’s drama series House of the Dragon at the Leavesden studios.

The first season was filmed extensively at the site.
Ryan Condal, co-creator, showrunner and executive producer, said: “House of the Dragon has returned.
“We are thrilled to be shooting again with members of our original family as well as new talents on both sides of the camera.”
