St Albans City and District Council’s museums are introducing Wonder Wednesdays in May to help families explore what the museums offer in a fun and relaxing way.
On this day each week, the museums will give a warm welcome, and families will be provided with special areas created for them to spend time together in the Museum of St Albans and Verulamium Museum. They may also be invited to enjoy an activity together, such as searching for a hidden mystery item.
- Wonder Wednesdays will take place every Wednesday from May onwards, from 10am to 5pm at the Museum of St Albans, Hatfield Road, and from 2pm to 5pm at Verulamium Museum, St Michael’s Street. Details: 01727 819340, www.stalbans.gov.uk
