THE Chorleywood Literary Festival 2015 is celebrating ten years of success with its best-ever line-up of literary appearances throughout November.

The festival began on Wednesday and continues with many different appearances each day. Broadcaster Melvin Bragg will discuss his latest novel, Now is the Time, set during the Peasant’s Revolt in 1381 on Monday, November 9, followed by evenings with Jonathan Dimbleby, broadcaster for Radio 4 and Andrew Miller, winner of the Costa Book of the Year Prize 2012, later on in the week.

Judith Miller, resident expert on the Antiques Road Show and co-host of The House Detectives, will answer questions about the audience’s family treasures, as well as evaluate old items that have been brought along on Friday, November 13 and Claire Harman will conclude the festival with a discussion about her biography of Charlotte Bronte’s life, on Wednesday November 18.
