The Borehamwood Movie Makers prepare for their swansong at the Herts Amateur Cine Club Association awards

Join the Borehamwood Movie Makers for what will be their swansong – the Herts Amateur Cine Club Association Short Film Competition 2012.

Taking place at the Ark Theatre in Borehamwood, the competition is a programme of the very best films that Hertfordshire’s various local filmmaking clubs have to offer, and has been awarding prizes to clubs from Borehamwood, Potters Bar, St Albans and Hemel Hempstead for more than 40 years.

This year will be the Borehamwood Movie Makers’ last as the club closed this week due to falling attendance, but they are to go out with a bang by hosting this year’s competition, which features judges from the world of international cinema and television.
