Inclusivity is the name of the game at Bricket Wood Art Club. Established for more than 40 years, the friendly group attracts artists of all abilities and thrives on a varied programme of demonstrations and craft workshops run by professional artists.
The group embraces all art mediums, including oil, watercolour, acrylics and pastels as shown by the range of works on display at its annual exhibition.
The interests of its members are taken into account when setting out the yearly programme and visits to paint and sketch in the local countryside are always popular.
The group meets every Monday evening from 8pm-10pm at St Luke’s Church Hall, The Crescent, South Riding, Bricket Wood.
The exhibition is being held at Burston Garden Centre, near St Albans from Saturday, August 11 to Monday, August 27. bricketwoodartclub.com
