Frank Carter and the Rattlesnakes unveil the video for Lullaby, the new single from the album Modern Ruin.

Formed by former frontman for Gallows and for Pure Love, Frank Carter, from Watford, the band released their first EP in May last year and then their debut album, Blossoms, the following August.

The visuals in the video are a hypnotic and frantic vision of insomnia that treads the line between reality and nightmare.

Both beautifully simplistic and surreal, the video, which was shot, produced and directed by Frank Carter and band mate Dean Richardson, shows the frontman switching between a state of wake and sleepless torture without distraction, allowing the audience to become immersed in his tortuous world.

Frank says: “While making the video for Lullaby we wanted to try and bring to life all the panic and terror that is born from the delirium of sleep deprivation.

“Floating through a world of familiar unfamiliarity tormented by a nightmarish version of himself, our protagonist struggles to discern what is real and what is dream.”

Frank Carter and the Rattlesnakes are currently on a UK tour and will play in Camden next week.
