Arthritis Care, Watford is once again organising a sponsored walk to raise funds for the charity.
There will be a choice of either a 1.5-mile wheelchair/pushchair friendly walk along the canal or a longer five-mile walk through the woods.
The walk will start from Cassiobury Park on Sunday, May 11.
