Ever wondered where multi-Michelin-starred chef Jean-Christophe Novelli lays his weary head after a hard day slaving in his St Albans restaurant The White Horse?
Well, now is your chance to find out as the suave Frenchman has allowed BBC Two's Through the Keyhole access all areas to his 14th Century Hertfordshire farmhouse, which also doubles as his award-winning cookery school, the Novelli Academy.
