Artists Kate Wiggs, Jo Austin, Anna-Marya Tompa, Sonya Chenery and Liam Herne make up the enterprising WATCH Collective – five contemporary artists working with performance and video to make you look again at the visual medium. Influenced by art movements such as Surrealism, Fluxus and Theatre of the Absurd, WATCH aim to make you do a double take when encountering the ordinary environment. Part of the Watford Live! Festival, WATCH are not specifically scheduled into the programme of events but will be present nonetheless. Did you see something that wasn't quite right? Chances are it was WATCH. Last year they took over some toilets in St Albans; what will they do in Watford?
