Man arrested for Asbo breach

A 44-year-old man from Watford has been arrested for breaching his anti-social behaviour order.

Police were called to St Albans Road, near the Town Hall roundabout at 12.50pm today, where they found a man drunk and slumped on the floor.

Paramedics checked him over before he was arrested for breaching his Asbo.

He remains in custody.
